CRE Associate / Executive
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date tracking sheets for ongoing tasks and projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and consistent client communication.
- Coordinate across departments to meet client needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Prepare and manage client-related documents, presentations, and reports using MS Office tools.
- Document client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups accurately for future reference.
- Based on business requirements or operational needs, additional tasks may be assigned by your reporting manager.
