Position: Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and expand the client portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations to highlight company offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions that address client needs.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to stay ahead.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and business objectives.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Represent the company at networking events, industry forums, and conferences.
- Provide exceptional client support throughout the sales cycle and post-engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to spot and develop new business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi, Malayalam, or Arabic is an added advantage.
