Position: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and expand the client portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations to highlight company offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions that address client needs.
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to stay ahead.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and business objectives.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Represent the company at networking events, industry forums, and conferences.
  • Provide exceptional client support throughout the sales cycle and post-engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to spot and develop new business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi, Malayalam, or Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Male candidates are preferred for this role.
