Business Development Executive (Accounting & ERP Solutions)

  • Accounting Outsourcing Sales
    • Generate leads and acquire new clients for Accounting & Bookkeeping services.
    • Promote outsourced finance solutions including bookkeeping, financial reporting, VAT compliance, ZATCA compliance, payroll processing, and CFO advisory services.
    • Identify client pain points and propose suitable accounting and finance outsourcing solutions.
    • Conduct business needs assessments and recommend service packages based on client requirements.
    • Educate prospective clients on compliance requirements and the benefits of outsourcing their finance functions.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of SMEs, startups, and corporate clients.
    • Follow up regularly with prospects and nurture leads until conversion.
    • Coordinate with the accounting team to prepare customized proposals and service scopes.
    • Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition after contract signing.
  • ERP Sales
    • Identify opportunities for ERP implementation among existing and prospective clients.
    • Conduct ERP discovery sessions to understand client business processes.
    • Promote modules including Accounting, CRM, Sales, Inventory, HR, Payroll, Procurement, Manufacturing, and other business applications.
    • Work closely with the implementation team to prepare solution demonstrations and project proposals.
  • CRM & Sales Process Management
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, prospects, opportunities, meetings, and sales activities in the CRM system.
    • Ensure timely updates of lead status, follow-up actions, client communications, and sales forecasts.
    • Generate periodic sales pipeline and activity reports for management review.
    • Track conversion ratios, sales performance, and revenue targets through CRM reporting.
    • Ensure proper documentation of proposals, quotations, contracts, and client interactions within the system.
  • Business Development & Relationship Management
    • Attend networking events, business forums, exhibitions, and industry gatherings to generate leads.
    • Build long-term relationships with business owners, finance managers, CFOs, and key decision-makers.
    • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities among existing clients.
    • Gather market intelligence and competitor information to support business growth strategies.
  • Reporting & KPI Management
    • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Achieve KPIs related to lead generation, client meetings, proposal submissions, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
    • Submit weekly sales activity reports and pipeline updates to management.
    • Participate in sales review meetings and contribute to business growth initiatives.
