Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client communications by responding to basic queries and sharing project status updates through official communication channels
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for invoice-related communications and client follow-ups
- Support email coordination for new client onboarding in collaboration with the Sales Team
- Assist with Odoo entries, including chat ticket creation and issue tracking
- Support the preparation and consolidation of CRE chat response reports for review meetings and monitoring
- Coordinate with the Operations Team to gather routine updates and ensure timely and accurate communication of project status to clients
