Role & responsibilities
1 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer roll-out.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
- Draft and update detailed job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.
- Manage offer negotiations, prepare offer letters, and ensure timely onboarding documentation.
2 Onboarding, Offboarding & Performance Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process including documentation, induction, and orientation programs.
- Coordinate with Admin and IT teams to ensure smooth joining formalities (workspace setup, system access, ID cards, etc.).
- Support new hires during their transition period.
- Manage employee exit processes including exit interviews, clearance procedures, and final settlements.
- Assist in performance management cycles including KPI tracking, appraisal coordination, and feedback documentation.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance evaluation procedures.
- Ensure structured employee lifecycle management from joining to separation.
3 Payroll, Attendance & HR Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate attendance records and leave management systems.
- Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, incentives, and deductions.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in coordination with the Finance team.
- Maintain employee records, HR dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations.
- Support HR audits and maintain required documentation.
- Assist in implementation and communication of HR policies and updates.
- Work closely with Admin, IT, and department heads to streamline HR operations.
