• Proficiency in email, WhatsApp, and MS Office
• Handle client chats, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Make cold calls to clients
• Understand client requirements and resolve basic queries related to business and services
• Share clear and accurate product/service knowledge with prospective and existing clients
• Qualify leads and coordinate meetings between clients and senior consultants
• Maintain proper records of client interactions and follow-ups
• Assist consultants with preliminary communication with Clients.
• Ensure high standards of client satisfaction and communication quality
• Follow up with clients as per internal processes and timelines
