Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client communications by responding to basic queries and sharing project status updates through official communication channels
• Coordinate with the Accounts Department for invoice-related communications and client follow-ups
• Support email coordination for new client onboarding in collaboration with the Sales Team
• Assist with Odoo entries, including chat ticket creation and issue tracking
• Support the preparation and consolidation of CRE chat response reports for review meetings and monitoring
• Coordinate with the Operations Team to gather routine updates and ensure timely and accurate communication of project status to clients
